3 – 5 night breaks attract at tapered surcharge, 30% for 3 nights and 10% for 5 nights.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Bookings for 2 people only will attract a 10% discount, in addition, bookings made 11 months before your break will attract a 5% discount and bookings made less than a month ahead of your stay will attract a 10% discount.<\/p>\n

Maximum stay at any one time 21 days\u00a0<\/p>\n

NB. Arrival Time 4pm & Departure Time 9am. Unless agreed otherwise with the owner at the time of booking.<\/p>\n

EV charger available at extra cost based on usage during your stay. You can control and pay for your usage via the MONTA ev app.<\/p>\n
